More options in 3D Flip &Clock & World Weather widget

After several requests from users of the widget I have included new skins and added the possibility to customize the widget even more. You can now optionally hide/display the following parts of the widget:

• Background panel
• Date panel
• Background flaps
• Flap knobs (left, middle and right knobs)
• Hi/Lo temperature display

To access these settings tap the minutes, tap Appearance settings and then Advanced options. From there you can select what to display (by default everything is visible).

Another addition is that in the color picker dialog there is now a new color button on the lower right part of the box. This button is set to the last color selected. Tapping it will set the current color to the last color selected. This is useful if you want to set custom colors for two or more components on the widget. For example, if you want to set the location and weather condition to a light blue color, do the following:

• Go to settings, Appearance settings
• Un-check the Use default colors checkbox (if selected)
• Tap the location color
• Select the color you like and tap the OK button
• Tap the Weather condition color
• Tap the right button (it should be set to the color you selected previously) and then tap the OK button

A full featured, size 4x2 fully customizable 3D flip clock and weather forecast widget was released for the Android market.

A new wallpaper application for Android devices has been released. The application features over 70 of the best high quality Halloween wallpapers. Set your home screen background, save a wallpaper to your SD card or send it to a friend. The application works just like the rest wallpaper applications - swipe to the left or to the right to browse through the wallpapers, click the Set wallpaper button to set your home screen wallpaper or press the menu button for saving or sending the wallpaper.

• Display 12 or 24 hour time with optional AM/PM indicator (if 12 hour format)
• Display long or short weekday and month names
• Beep every hour
• Use current location to display weather info or specify any location you want
• Get location updates from the network (cell/WiFi) or your GPS
• Display temperature values in Celsius or Fahrenheit
• Select automatic weather refresh period (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 hours)
• Enter your favorite world locations to watch local times, current weather conditions and weather forecast information
• Update weather on WiFi and/or GPRS
• Chose whether you want to update while roaming or not
• Play notification sounds on location and weather changes and updates
• Select what application to launch when tapping the hours
• Optionally display the battery level on the widget
• Specify how to receive location updates (how often and for how much distance)

• This is a widget, not an application. To install it please refer to the help displayed when you run it. There is also a link to a video that shows you how to install it.
• If you are using a task killer exclude the widget from it

Battery Power Widget for Android release

Battery power widget is a useful power management widget for Android devices. Its main purpose is to display the status for your phone's battery and at the same time provide simple but effective automatic power management by turning off unnecessary power draining services such as bluetooth, wifi, gps and mobile data. The widget can be setup to turn off the above services a number of minutes (specified by the user) after the screen turns off. It can also turn back on, any services that were active and were shut down, when the phone's screen turns back on again.

The widget also can be configured to notify the user when the battery level drops below a specified percentage by playing a sound. It can also, turn off any services if the battery drops below that level so that it prolongs the phone's battery life
.

A list of most of the features of the battery power widget followes:

- Turn on and off Wifi, Bluetooth, Gps and Mobile data (3G/Gprs)
- Turn on/off silent mode
- Turn on/off vibration mode
- Turn on/off Flight mode
- Turn on/off Auto-sync
- Adjust the screen brightness
- View detailed information of battery status
- Automatically turn off wifi, bluetooth, gps and mobile data services when the phone becomes idle (you can specify the time after the screen turns off to stop these services)
- Automatically restart any services that were stopped on idle mode when screen turns back on
- Get notification when the battery level drops below a specified percentage
- Optionally stop running services such as wifi, bluetooth, gprs and mobile data when the battery drops below specified level

In addition, this widget provides quick access to the following phone settings:
- Volume control
- Screen timeout
- Wifi settings
- Bluetooth settings
- Gps settings
- Mobile data (3G/Gprs) settings

Remember that this is a widget. When you start the widget from the application list it will display instructions on how to add it as a widget on your home screen.

Problems with new version of Fast Dialer.

It seems that after the new version of Fast Dialer (version 0.77) some people are having problems installing and/or running the program (the problem seems to depend on the type/firmware of particular devices). If you are facing similar problems, please follow the steps below to fix any problems.

- Go to your phone's home-screen (press the home button)
- Tap (click) the menu button
- Tap Settings
- Select Applications
- Select Manage Applications
- Locate Fast Dialer and tap it
- Click on Force stop (if available)
- Click on Uninstall
- When the uninstall process is finished go to the Market, find Fast Dialer, download and install it.

If you had a shortcut on the home-screen, delete that as well (long click on it and when the trash can icon appears, drag it and drop it into the trash can). After performing the above steps, you can add the Fast Dialer to your home screen again.

• Tap the application menu button and select Setup (see image below)
  
• Scroll down to the Dialer Theme section
• Select the desired theme
• To change the button text color scroll down to the Colors (custom theme) section and tap the Button text color and Contact Text color buttons to chose the desired color
