  1. After some recent update the application constantly retrieves location. I can see location icon blinking in the notification bar. I am pretty sure it is Transparent clock & world weather application, because once I stop the process blinking stops immediately.

    1. There is an update coming soon that will fix this problem. The bug is not that the application is constantly retrieving the location, it is that it is using GPS to get the current location on connection even if the Use GPS option is unchecked.

  2. I have been using it without any problems for about a month at which point it started reading out an incorrect location. I thought I corrected it by refreshing it but the incorrect location is back. I really like the app but its driving me nuts.

    1. Resetting the application (manage apps, select application, Clear data) should fix the problem. If mot, please email us so that we can help you fix the problem. The latest version included a lot of changes to the location detection module in order to prepare the application for major weather forecast related changes coming in the near future.

    1. This is a problem with certain devices/home launchers. It seems like when returning back to the home screen from an application that runs in landscape mode (and the home screen runs only in portrait mode), the widget is not notified correctly about this, hence the problem occurs. I am still trying to find a solution.

  5. I installed your weather clock app on my Galaxy S4 and it worked just fine until Samsung updated my phone to Android 4.3, two days ago. Since then the app has acted erratically. Sensing the hot spots on your app (for instance displaying your settings page, or displaying the current weather) works one in ten times and the time stopped at 11:15. Also the time characters are displayed as garbage. The only way to get it to display the time correctly is to reboot my phone. After a period of time, the app reverts back to this erratic behavior and must be rebooted again.

My Galaxy Note 2014 edition also uses Android 4.3 but your app works correctly on this device.

    1. The problems you mention are strange. Maybe something went wrong with the setup. Try resetting the application (manage apps, select application, Clear data) and set it up again. If you still have problems, please email us.

Regarding the widget not keeping up with the current time, this is a task killer related error. If you are using a task killer, RAM cleaner or similar application it will cause this problem.

    1. Please make sure that you have Internet connection and at least one location provider enabled (GPS or network) while traveling and it will work.
