ReplyDeleteI am working on a different weather provider for the future. You can also try setting your location manually and see if it makes any difference.

There is a bug on devices running old Android versions. I have created a version that should fix this problem and uploaded it on Dropbox. If you want to try it out, here is the link. Email if the problem is fixed (or not).

The problem is that different devices and ROMs use different paths for the SD card memory. I am trying to add support for all incompatible devices but it will take time.

DeleteAlthough I'm a happy user, it still doesn't reflect the right place I live in. 2 or 3 updates ago, the GPS fix was spot on, now it'a about 7 miles off. Pls fix.

Please restart your phone and check if your location is updated. Sometimes the location module can get stuck. Email if you still have problems.
DeleteI like your widget very much. However automatic update doesn't work anymore for my Galaxy S3 (neither weather nor clock). I have to manually update the widget every time which makes it pretty useless. Any solution?
ReplyDeleteAutomatic weather updates work. Please check the Refresh period setting under Weather & location settings (make sure it is not set to manual) and restart your device. That should fix the problem.
DeleteMy refresh period was set to 15 minutes. So this was not the problem. I have downloaded the version you posted on September 3 in reply to limyp's post. This seems to have solved the problem. Automatic update is now working again.
DeleteCan you put wheather forecast in the widget and a way to change the cities also in the widget?
ReplyDeleteThere is already a location change hotspot on the widget that you can use to change the current location (including time and weather forecast). The hotspot is explained in the application help. Regarding weather forecast, if you mean a different widget that will only display future forecast, I am planning to do that in a future version.
